Zoom’s primary company-owned end-user support center is in Boston, Massachusetts in the US. Support for our worldwide customers is available from this center. Zoom’s resellers and distributors are also good sources of support.

Phone and Chat support are available for Zoom products that are in warranty. Before you call, please take note of your product serial number. The support technician will ask you for this information to ensure proper handing of your call.

Out-of-Warranty product support is available through our product support pages and SmartFacts Q&A Search Engine. If you cannot find the answer you need, you may contact us by clicking on the e-mail link below. We will provide e-mail support for products outside of warranty on a best-effort basis. Hours of Operation

Except for holidays and emergencies (such as hurricanes), this office is open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday. (The Eastern Time Zone is the same one used for New York City. When it’s 6 a.m. Eastern Time, it’s normally 11 a.m. in London.)
