3G Service Provider Settings

Zoom’s model 4501 and 4506 3G routers work with a large number of different 3G USB modem models (click here for modem compatibility information). In many cases a customer tells the 3G modem his or her 3G service provider, and the 3G modem then knows the proper APN (Access Point Name), Dialed Number, PIN Code, Username, and Password for that 3G service provider. In other cases the modem does not know this information, and the 3G router needs to be set up to include that information. Here we’ve done our best to provide that information. Please recognize that we do this on a “best effort” basis, and that some of the information may be inaccurate. If the information doesn’t work for you, please contact your 3G service provider to request the proper settings.
