Zoom Technologies produces a broad line of communication products under its Zoom, Hayes, and Global Village brands.

Voice over IP (VoIP)
Zoom offers a broad line of VoIP products. Zoom VoIP hardware includes: Analog Telephone Adapters (ATA's) which plug into the Ethernet port of a router connected to broadband, and let you use normal phones for Internet Telephone calls. The X5v which integrates an ADSL modem, ATA with TelePort™, router, firewall, and 4-port switching hub. The V3 which plugs into the Ethernet port of a cable or DSL modem and includes an ATA with TelePort, router, firewall, and 4-port switching hub.

When sold under the Zoom brand at retail, these products include Zoom's Global Village' VoIP long-distance phone service. Global Village requires absolutely no financial commitment for a number of useful capabilities, including the ability to make free VoIP calls to Global Village customers and most other VoIP users anywhere in the world. Another free Global Village service is your own chat room where you can have a conference call with up to four other Global Village customers. Global Village customers all have a VoIP phone number for incoming calls from VoIP callers. Global Village also lets a customer make low-cost calls to any phone anywhere in the world even if it is only connected to the traditional Public Switched Telephone Service.

ADSL Modems/Gateways
Zoom manufactures a complete line of affordable ADSL Modems with superior performance and advanced features. Products are offered in a wide range of interface options, including externals with USB interfaces and externals with USB and Ethernet interfaces.

Cable Modems
Zoom offers Cable Modems which are compatible with DOCSIS 2.0., 1.1 and 1.0. These products are CableLabs certified and designed to work with virtually any computer or cable service provider. With easy installation and broad compatibility, Zoom Cable Modems are the right choice for almost any cable modem user.

802.11 Wireless-G LAN Products

Zoom's Wireless-G wireless LAN product line includes an ADSL gateway, the AP+2 access point/repeater/adapter, a USB adapter, a PC card adapter, and an Ethernet game adapter. They feature Zoom Speed Boost at effective speeds of 125 Mbps or higher, high security with WiFi Protected Access (WPA) and WEP, interoperability with 802.11g, 802.11b and mixed wireless products by Zoom and other vendors, and much more.

Bluetooth Audio Products

Zoom's broad line of iHiFi products includes:

    - iHiFi Receiver plugs into your stereo or powered speakers. Works with any iHiFi Transmitter or Zoom Bluetooth A2DP adapter.
    - iHiFi Transmitters, including a Universal Transmitter and Transmitters tailored to various iPods.
    - Combo packages that team up a Receiver with one Transmitter.
Bluetooth Wireless Products

Zoom's Bluetooth wireless product line includes a Bluetooth modem, a class 1 USB adapter, a class 2 USB adapter, and a PC Card. Zoom's Bluetooth adapters support the newest Bluetooth multi-media profiles including A2DP and are fully compatible with the Zoom Bluetooth Audio Receiver.

ISDN
Zoom offers the Hayes ACCURA family of ISDN products.
Dialers
Zoom builds a line of dialers to work in a variety of applications. The Model 24 and 26 dialers are specifically designed to work with prepaid phone cards. The Model 27 is designed to work in hot line applications where a single number is dialed upon activation of the dialer. Zoom incorporates its patented parallel technology into every dialer we build. Parallel technology allows a single dialer to work for all phones or extensions on a line.
